Unable to remove "rest" for interval workouts

Instruction on the Android app says, "Swipe left on Rest if you'd like to remove it."

Unfortunately, I'm unable to swipe left on Rest. It has no effect when I try to do that. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am having this same problem on my Charge 4. It definitely has to do with the Android app. Is there a fix yet?
