Unable to repair up Versa

So I've been having trouble getting my Versa to sync up to my phone. It's last connection was Sept 19. Today I tried removing the device and readding it to my account to see if that would work only I can't finish the setup. It gets stuck on connecting after I enter the 4 digit pin. I've restarted my phone, I've cleared the fitbit app cache, I've turned bluetooth on and off and it still gets stuck there. I've also restarted my Versa as well. I was able to reconnect my old tracker no problem so I'm pretty sure the issue is with my Versa.

I'm using an LG G6 and up until Sept 19th it was working fine with syncing, and being connected

I would like to know if you keep having issues pairing your Versa? If so, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and follow the steps there.

Still having no luck.

I've done all the steps listed on that page.

I can pair up my old Charge 2 no problem, but my Versa refuses to advance past this. I can leave it sit for any amount of time and come back and it's still doing this.
