I'm trying to edit the bank card on my versa. When I go into wallet or device lock, it asks me for PIN. After submitting the PIN the message says: Error connecting to Versa. There's no option to reset the PIN. I've tried restarting both fitbit app and the versa watch and it's still not working. Is my only option to do a factory reset? Will it work? Thanks

Are you entering you in to unlock your phone?
Once you prove that you are allowed to access your phone, you will be able to reset the pin.

Yes it's logged in as me. The fitbit app sync with versa has no issues. I can change clock face. I just want to update bank card but can't get in as it doesn't give me the option to reset PIN. I know it's the correct PIN as I can unlock it on the versa to pay for purchases.

The pin you are asking about, is not the pin for your versa.
The app is asking you to input your phones unlock code. This proves to Fitbit that the phone is yours.
Put the code in that you use when unlocking the phone.

I receive the same error message when I input the PIN to unlock my phone 😞

Is the Fitbit app up to date. Have you tried stopping the app through phone settings?
On app version 3.19.2 the wrong pin gives me a message of "Try Again"
