My Versa 2 fitbit will not scroll up and down and it is difficult to scroll sideways. Any suggestions? I'm thinking it's time to get a new watch.

I can understand why you're thinking of getting a new watch, but let's give your Versa 2 a second chance.
As a first step, let's try restarting your Versa 2. This should help resolve many common issues. Also, if you haven't already, try changing the clock face of your watch.
