Unable to see and remove silent alarm

I have a silent alarm that is set and activates on my versa however it does not show on the device / app or website platform. How can this be removed as it is no longer required? All alarms surely should be displayed to allow them to be managed?

Could you have set an alarm via Alexa / Google Assistant? These are separate from the alarms you set on the fitbit.
