Hi there. I am unable to see any steps for myself or any other members of the adventure race. I don’t know if I am missing something simple or if it is just not available for me. I have just  downloaded the latest version of the Fitbit app and it still is not working.

Thank you for the information provided.

 

I would recommend trying the following:

 

- Log out from the Fitbit app

- Reboot your cellphone

- Log back in to the Fitbit app

 

Whether this doesn't help, please provide the following information:

 

- Did you start the Adventure race or were you invited?

- If you were invited did you accept the invitation?

- Do you see the Adventure tile?

- Are you able to see the other members in your Fitbit friends' list?
