Unable to see my clock-face on Versa.

I upgraded my phone from a iPhone 6 to an 8 and now my battery life shows as my quick view and not my clock.  I have tried multiple things, redoing Bluetooth, forget the versa and redoing it in the app also tried redoing the wifi set up.  Nothing fixes it.  I have to it the side button to display my clock and only get my Snapchat notifications after I hit the side button..   HELP!!!  anyone else having the same issues?

I have only had my Versa about 4months.

Thanks for sharing your experience and let me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Fitbit app and change the clock-face on your Versa to a different one, then sync your Versa. After that, check if the clock-face changed. If it did, you can change it back to the one you had earlier.
