Unable to see wallet tile on Fitbit app for versa 2

Hi,

 

I am unable to see the wallet tile in my fitbit versa app, I've got a versa 2. Already checked the location settings and everything seems fine. Help please?

I appreciate the troubleshooting tried. You will need to set up Fitbit Pay in your watch in order to see it in your watch, please follow the procedure mentioned in this article: What should I know about Fitbit Pay?

@FernandaC Thanks for getting back. 

 

I would like you to log out from the Fitbit app and force quit it. After this, check if you see the Fitbit Pay in your app. If you're still not seeing it, please provide me with a screenshot.
