Gmail is not accessible under app notifications as an option to receive notifications from this app. It would be great to be able to do this as we could on older versions of the Fitbit.

I've moved your post to the Versa 3 board as this seems an issue rather than a feature suggestion. Thanks for the details provided and just to confirm, may I know the model of your phone? Certain mobile devices have a native mail app in which you can add and sync different mail domains such as Gmail, Hotmail or iCloud. If this applies to you, I'd recommend selecting the mail app from the App notifications list to receive those alerts on your watch.

 

On the other hand, if you have the Gmail app installed on your phone but it doesn't appear listed, try the following:

  1. Forget your watch from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  3. Wait until you receive an email notification on your phone.
  4. Tap your profile picture > Versa 3 icon > Notifications > App Notifications and turn the option for Gmail.
