Unable to set up Versa 2 after factory reset

I have done factory reset and trying to setup again but I am unable sync with iPhone. could you please help on this issue.

Hey there @RenuKamineni, it is nice to see a new face around the Community. 

Thanks a lot for taking the time to share this situation with us, it would be a pleasure for me to help you out. 

What I can advise before trying the set up with your iPhone again, is to remove your Versa 2 from your Bluetooth connected devices. You have to remove the Versa 2 from the app as well. 

After doing that, restart your phone and until then, you can try the set up again
