And this is why I never do updates!!! my Fitbit isn't working ever since I tried to install update.
Got so frustrated I tried a factory reset, didn't work! Now the Fitbit is telling me to down load the app which I obviously already had, the app wanted a code that displayed on my Fitbit, I typed that into my phone, phone can't find Fitbit. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. that didn't work, still doing the same thing. Message says can't find device..... ugh, I'm ready to go buy an Apple Watch.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that after performing a factory reset, your Versa needs to be set up again. If you're still having trouble setting it up, I would like to suggest you the following:
