Unable to set up Versa after removing it from account.

I have a Moto z2 and ever since the latest update my versa will no longer sync to my phone. I've been trying to troubleshoot and one was to delete the versa and pair it again. Now my phone and versa won't pair. My phone says it's connected through Bluetooth, but at beginning of set can't even find my versa.

Hello @Kritz14 thanks for joining to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board.

I appreciate you have taken the time to share your experience with us and let us know you've already tried to troubleshoot this issue on your side. At this moment, please go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and check if your tracker is on the list of paired devices. If it is, tap on it and select Forget this Device. After that, restart your phone and your Versa by pressing and holding the Back and Select buttons (left and bottom right) until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

Then, try to set up your Versa again as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account symbol at the top right corner of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.
  4. When a pop-up appears asking you to Pair your tracker to your device, tap on Pair and continue.

Thanks for your patience and understanding, give these steps a try and let us know the outcome.
