I just received a Versa yesterday and I am not able to connect it to my iPhone X via the FitBit App. I have downloaded the newest update (iOS 12.3.1), i have powered my phone off and on, turned off and on the bluetooth, disconnected any other bluetooth devices and distanced myself from them just in case, i have deleted the FitBit app and downloaded it again, i am securely connected to WiFi, and my FitBit is fully charged and plugged in. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!
