I have been trying to install my Versa for 2 hours. It won't install on WIFI or bluetooth. Any ideas?

I am having the same issue. I have tried all the tips, deleted & reinstalled the Fitbit app & have had to delete my versa & reinstall it on my phone each time I need to start again.

It also won't connect to WiFi even though my phone is connected so I'm trying to do this over Bluetooth. It's been 2 hours now & I'm on 20% & it has failed about 5 times which means I have to keep starting again

Hello,
I returned that one for a new one and it set up in like 5 minutes.
Good Luck!

Don’t give up! Mine finally set up after many tries. I did it in the middle of the night. It took 3 nights to finally acknowledge it had worked. I also phoned tech support. They were helpful. Good luck.

I just recently had this same issue. My Fitbit stopped syncing so I un installed it from the app and it would not connect to reinstall it again.

I spoke via chat and phone with three different agents who all suggested the basics, that I restart my phone, watch, and Bluetooth. When those didn't work, the last agent said that my internal Bluetooth must have gone, and I needed to buy a new watch (with the offer of a discount code).

This didn't make sense to me as my phone was finding the watch, just not connecting.

I scrolled through my watch into Settings, then About, then chose Factory Reset. It connected immediately and is working and syncing again. Quite disappointed in the uselessness of the agents.
