Need Help!! I have had my versa for a few months now and recently I had to factory reset it. Now after setting it back up, I don't have an option to turn on text or call notifications!? It doesn't give me an option for app notification either. It is only giving me option for push/ email notification for the fitbit app. I've only found a article for Iphones with this problem but I have a Galaxy S8+. I have turned off and on my versa and my bluetooth setting, I uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app, and i have already factory reset it. Still not getting any options!! Any help would be nice.

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for having reported this to us. Thanks for letting us know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far in hopes to resolve this issue. At this moment I would like to ask you to go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Notifications and take a screenshot of what you're able to see here, this will be very helpful for us to check this further and determine what we should do next.

I have the same problem..my fit bit app notification options don't include texts, calls etc and only the push notification options. Did you find a solution?
