I cannot get my Versa to setup. I can get to the add new device but when I hit Versa it takes me back to my account setting screen and does not prompt me to add the versa

i tried that like 15 times and no change , my fit bit stopped syncing so I did what I normally do and delete and re-install. now it wont set up , says I have blue tooth issues, which I don't .ive unistalled so many times with no change

this is what mine is doing. I stopped getting notifications for messages instead of heart rate issues, but now wont connect to the app on my phone

This watch is a piece of **ahem**! Have had it 4 Months either doesn't sync or uninstall and reinstall and still does not work or connect, yea I've read and tried all the manufacturer recommendations, this watch and your software suck!

Any luck with your versa? Mine suddenly stopped syncing. I've tried everything on this thread and nothing is working.

My husband bought me a versa for christmas and it has synced twice since christmas day. we've set up and followed all of the instructions and everything seems to be up to date, but we just cannot get it to sync. I love the watch, but the lack of detail on the app is rubbish. Can someone help? Note, the app is running on android and worked fine with my alta before christmas

I am not able to set up versa on my phone. It take the verification code and then it shows the message to check the Bluetooth and restart the phone. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Please suggest what else I should do?

I am having the same problem and none of these fixes has resolved the issue.I have had my versa for nearly a year and stopped getting email and text notifications. The weather app has never updated beyond the temperature and location. The description always said something like partially rainy, but I digress. After all this I figured it would be wise to reset. I started by uninstalling and reinstalling the app. Then I decided to remove the Versa and re-add it. I have not gotten past the pairing screen since. This is after restarting my phone, reinstalling the app, restarting Bluetooth and all the recommended steps at least 10 attempts so far. The app finds the Versa, I put in the code, it runs for a while, then I get a screen to make sure it is charged (currently 100%) and on, restart my watch (have restarted it and done a hard reset by shutting it down completely and restarting) and have turned Bluetooth on and off. Each several times. Help please.

I have the same issue. For some reason my Versa was removed from my app as a device. I tried to reconnect it, but all I get after the code entry is to try it again. I uninstalled the app and re-installed it. I turned off my phone and Versa, turned off bluetooth and restarted it and nothing changed.
I just want to set up my versa with my android phone, which it was connected before.
Expensive paperweight.
