Unable to set up new device for my Versa

I had my Versa connected prior, but my update I had wouldn't allow me to sync so I removed my device so I could add it again. Now I can't add it. It finds my device but won't connect. I have tried everything they asked (make sure charged, restart Versa, turn bluetooth off/on) and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Hi @Austin9104, have you uninstalled and reinstalled the app?  I had to do this a few times when setting up my Versa 2.
