I am trying to set this up on an iPhone 7 and it is not discovering it at all.

Thanks for the details that were shared in your post. To further investigate, can you please let me know if there are other Bluetooth devices nearby your phone when you try to setup your Versa? The reason why I ask you this is because other devices can cause interference. Also, please restart your Fitbit and try the steps that were shared on my previous post.
