Have been through all procedures with tech support, holding button in, reset , uninstalling fitbit app disconnecting wifi. Now all versa life does is show the blue shape in screen then it starts in all languages to repeat download the fitbit app. My phone can see the versa life Samsung A70 but watch is now stuck in this mode.
