Hello I have tried to restart the versa and removed it from my mother phone all together an now I can’t put it back into my mother phone please help.

Please let me know what is the brand and model of the phone that you are trying to pair your Versa Lite with. Also, let me know if you are getting any error message when trying the setup and update process. This information will help me to determine the cause of the issue.

I was able to set up and update my mother versa lite edition but now the Fitbit is acting up where it looking for it and not staying connected all the time her phone is an iPhone 10

@Kira061618 thank you for getting back and letting me know that the watch could be updated. Since your mother's Versa Lite doesn't stay connected to her phone, please make sure that her phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed. If the app is up to date, try restarting her Versa Lite one more time and see if the watch doesn't disconnect from her phone.

Her app is up to date and I rebooted the versa but she still has an error popping up
