I am unable to track my activity on Strava through my Fitbit Versa Lite. I have synched all apps & allowed access following all advise on here. I have messaged Fitbit who advise me to get in touch with Strava-not very helpful. Could someone on here advise me please. My Strava app only updates recorded activities if I press start on my strava app on my mobile. If I start an activity on my Fitbit versa Lite watch nothing crosses over or registers, it only registers on my Fitbit dashboard. Have I done something wrong, am I missing something? I cannot think of anything else that I have missed, I think I must have a fault or I'm looking to do something that simply doesn't exist. Please help?

Note the following types of activities won't sync to Strava:
Please make sure that you are recording your activities as explained in this article in the menu "How do I start and stop a workout on my Fitbit device?".
Our team has recently released a new firmware version (72.1.9) for your Fitbit Versa Lite. For instructions on how to update, please visit this site.
Whether none of this helps please provide me with the following information:
- What activity are you trying to track on Strava?
- Do you bring your phone with you during your activities?
- Do you wait for the GPS signal to connect before starting your activity?
- Can you see the map of the route traveled in your Fitbit account?
