I installed firmware 70.7.14 and since I need to restart my Versa regularly in order to swipe or touch. The battery also needs to be charged daily. Neither of these were issues before the update.
online chat confirmed the issue but said they would not fix the issue. Replacement was the only option with a small discount.
why would I buy this product again after they released a faulty firmware.

I'm also sorry to hear that your watch is no longer under warranty. The warranty period is good for 365 days, starting from the date of firs setup.
