Hi, I didn't use my versa for last 6 months few days ago I tried to switch on it but it's not working and showing fitbit symbol . 

Please find solution for this.

@Kowshikram It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on and it shows the Fitbit symbol only, please restart it as described in this help article. After this, charge it for 2-3 hours and set it up from scratch as instructed in this help page.

 

Finally, monitor your watch and see if it works properly.
