Unable to sync my Versa to my Note 10+

I'm getting very frustrated now over the last month or so I can't keep my versa connected to my phon . In the last 24 hours I have deleted my Fitbit multiple times, restarted my phone and turned on and off both my wifi and bluetooth on my phon . The connection between the two will not stay long enough to do anything. 

This concerns me because I just bought my husband and daughter the versa lite and really don't want to experience the same issues that I am currently having. 

Please help me somebody.

Take a look at all the suggestions in this samsung discussion group regarding erratic blue tooth connections with the Note 10 plus:

I initally had erratic bluetooth connectivity with my Note 10 plus,  I've changed/enabled some of the developer options as they suggest and it seems to help.
