Unable to tap on Notifications in Fitbit app

I am trying to tap on notifications in fitbit app  to check which all notifications I can view on my Versa but it is not taking me to other screen (for notifications). I have restarted my versa and fitbit app and my apple phone but to no use. I have also gone into Bluetooth, forget my device and removed versa from fitbit app and set it up again bit that’s not working as well. 

Can somebody please help me with this? Both my versa tracker and fitbit app are up to date.

Hi, I tried to resolve it by deleting the fitbit app and then reintalling it and it worked for me. All my fitbit stats are still there. Didn’t lose any stats but can choose which notifications I want. Hope it works for you as well.
