Unable to transfer Deezer playlists to Versa.

I am new to both the Versa and Deezer. When I got my Versa the other day, I got the activation code from the Deezer app, and set up a Deezer account (with the free 90 day offer).

However, I can't seem to download any playlists to my Versa. When I open the app on the Versa now, I just get a (different) activation code. When I look at the FitBit app on my phone it says that Deezer is not activated but when I click on that it just tells me to open the Deezer app on the Versa which gives me an activation code...lather, rinse, repeat!

How do I get Deezer and Versa talking to each other?

Hello @Squeezie77, thanks for joining the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this situation to my attention. As you mentioned, you've already created your Deezer account with the free trial, excellent! Now, what we need to do is create some playlists and transfer them to your Versa. To do this, please follow these steps:

  1. If you haven't already done so, make sure your watch can connect to your Wi-Fi network:
    1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap or click on Account > Versa
    2. Tap or click Wi-Fi Settings.
    3. Tap or click Add Network and follow the on-screen instructions to connect to your Wi-Fi network. For more information about supported Wi-Fi networks, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?
  2. On your phone, tablet or computer, go to the Deezer app and start creating your playlists.
  3. In the Fitbit app, tap on Account > Media > Deezer.
  4. Tap or click Add Music to see your Flow, featured playlists, and any personal playlists you’ve created on Deezer. If you haven’t favorited or created any playlists, visit the Deezer mobile app or website to do so.
  5. Tap or click playlists to queue them for download.
  6. Plug your watch into the charger. Music downloads automatically when the watch is charging and in range of your Wi-Fi network, or tap the ellipsis (...) icon > Force Sync Now in the Deezer section of the Fitbit app to add the playlists to your watch. Depending on the amount of music being downloaded, this process may take several minutes or more. Check the progress of the download on the watch’s screen or in the Fitbit app (if your phone is within Bluetooth range). You can listen to and download music from Deezer on your phone or computer while waiting for your download to complete.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.
