Unable to transfer Music to Versa watch

I had successfully done a playlist from my PC to my Versa. Now the versa says there is now music. When I use the fitbit connect app to set up a new playlist, it will not transfer to the versa, as it says the device is full and I cannot add any new music.

So right now, my versa says there is no music. The fitbit connect will let me set up a playlist, but when I transfer it to the versa, it says the device is full.

I have deleted the versa and re-paired it. I also uninstalled the fitbit connect and re-installed it.

Not sure what else to do.

Hello there @sascheesehead, welcome aboard to the Fitbit Community. I noticed that you are having troubles to transfer music from your PC to your Versa.

Thank you for mentioning the steps you have tried on your own to address this issue. For more help and additional suggestions, please review this help article: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch?

If the Versa is showing that device is full and there is no music, It wouldn't be bad idea to perform a restart in case you haven't tried this already.

Which version of  Windows are you using? You mentioned that you are using Fitbit Connect to transfer music and I'm wondering if you are able to try with the Windows 10 app?

Keep me posted how it goes, I'll be around!
