Unable to transfer music from Mac to Versa

I've tried everything suggested in other threads, but still no joy.

I've got the Fitbit Connect app running on the Mac, I've connected the Versa and tapped on Transfer Music  and it's connected again. I've selected the playlist in the Connect app and ... nothing happens.

I've tried disabling bluetooth on my phone (not sure why this would make a difference as the transfer is supposed to take place over wifi) as suggested in some threads. I can't disable bluetooth on the Mac as the keyboard and mouse use it and if you disable, you can't re-enable.

Any suggestions gladly received!

@edmundpw is your Versa plugged in the charging dock? Are both devices near the router ? Reboot both devices and start over.

Thanks. It's working now and the solution was to put the Versa next to the router. No need to have it on the charging cradle, or disable bluetooth or any such. Funny, because it works at 50cm from the router, but not at 3m from it!

@edmundpw I'm glad it worked. As per charger, it depends on how much battery is left. Anything below 25% and you need the charger or no go.
