Unable to transfer music to device using Windows 10

I'm attempting to transfer my music from Deezer on my pc using windows 10 to my new VERSA 2. I am getting an error message when my watch and computer are attempting to sync. I keep getting an error message with a red triangle error message icon and states:

" Windows cannot connect to your tracker. Please try rebooting your device. Check if the tracker is already connected to another device and disconnect them".

I have done all of the following and it is still not working. I can do everything else but this music option on my watch and I know that my computer is connected to blue tooth, as it appears in my paired devices.... also, when I make sure all my BT devices are off, my computer automatically asks to pair my watch and indicates pairing is successful.

Please help.... it shouldn't be this hard, very frustrating.

Hi @Lcheart, welcome to the Community Forums! Sorry for the delayed reply.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and the details that were shared in your post, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I appreciate your effort troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such difficulties with your Versa 2 and your Windows 10 computer? What happens when you restart your Fitbit and then try again? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.

Keep me posted and let me know if you have any additional questions.

Hi @Ricardo.. I am having similar issue with my Versa 2 and windows 10. I try to connect to wifi , it connects and says its connected as soon as i click next the connection is gone. When try hitting transfer music on versa 2. It says " use your computer to transfer music" and its not detected by the fitbit app in windows although both are connected to same wifi. I tried reaching out to fitbit support via chat who said fitbit app is not supported to transfer music on windwos 10 which very frustrating. I am thinking to return my fitbit and get a refund.. This is very disappointing.

It was frustrating for me as well. It took me days of devoted time to
realize the only way I can use music is by using the apps that are already
on the watch. Then and only then was I able to transfer from my computer to
my watch. I used DEEZER for the 3 month free trial and then cut the service
because I realized I don't use my watch that way really. I'm sure I would
have though if it was user friendly and compatible with Windows 10. Pandora
APP never worked on my watch which also cut my options. I never tried
SPOTIFY once I got it working on DEEZER so I can't report on that one. Good
luck!!
