Unable to transfer music to device

So I've look up every which way possible to fix this, but it doesnt match exactly the problem that I'm having.

When I open the fitbit app on my desktop to transfer music, everything goes well for a while, but after a minute of transferring music it says "could not sync because your versa 2 is disconnected" even though it's connected. 

I've reset my phone, my fitbit, my laptop, everything, but it keeps doing this

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your Versa device prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times since then? How many songs are you trying to transfer to your device? If you haven't already done so, please try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and let me know how it goes.
