I have a Windows 10 laptop. So far I've been following all the steps to transfer music from the laptop to the Versa 2. But when I press the personal music button on the desktop app, it won't look for the watch. Instead a message pops up saying that I need to download the desktop app from the site. I have tried everything and really need some help.

@jaimepm0425 I am a Mac user, so I hope I am not going out on a limb to help you transfer music using your Windows 10 laptop. Can you clarify something, please? In your second sentence, you wrote the desktop app. Are you referring to the Fitbit app for Windows 10 or Fitbit Connect? The Fitbit Connect software is the software to transfer music.
How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? If you aren't using Fitbit Connect, this will give you instructions. If you take a moment to look at the Mac section of the instructions, there is a great video. It says Ionic, but the steps are the same.

Is weird because I only see the one software in Windows for Fitbit.

@jaimepm0425 Go to this page https://www.fitbit.com/setup to download Fitbit Connect for Windows. If I read your sentence correctly, it looks like you are looking in the Microsoft store. So close.
