Unable to unlock Versa 2 after unpairing it

versa 2 wont reconnect to my fitbit app, because it was locked out on my watch and then deleted from my account to try and reset it. Now the code is sent to the watch to add my device and i cant see the code because the fitbit is still locked out. Help! Tia

Thanks for the troubleshooting steps tried to get your Versa 2 working. Before anything else, let me explain that to unlock your watch with your phone, its required to have your watch paired and synced with the Fitbit app. Because your Versa 2 isn't longer connected, I've contacted our Support team and requested a case on your behalf so you can receive further assistance. There might be a delay in their reply due the recent recent events affecting our operations, however, they'll get in touch with you soon.
