Unable to unlock Versa using my phone..... Please, some help????

After having a shower I put my Versa back on and while I was getting dressed I was accidentally pressing in the wrong PIN. Now it won't let me unlock my device... if someone could help it would be much appreciated.

 

I'm an android user and have tryed removing my cards out my wallet..

I believe you need to go in and change your Versa pin.  Open the mobile app>device icon>Device Lock (you'll be asked to enter your phone unlock if you have that enabled)>Change PIN Code.  Once you have a new PIN set up, go to your Versa to unlock.
