So my versa lite screen was frozen I contacted support they told me it was defective so sent me out a replacement, went to set it up today and it needs updating however after trying all day it will not update it keeps saying it has failed! 😭😭😭 I'm stuck with two useless Fitbits with frozen screens tried all the steps to update and tried using in my computer too which also did not work what am I supposed to do now???!!

Same thing is happening to me too. My computer is saying my versa lite needs to update, and i try to update it but it is ethier saying data not clear or its stuck on the fitbit logo.😡😭😠😢

And mine is only 6 months old and im trying to do everything i can to get it to update but its not working!!!!!!!!!!

Yea you start updating it, it works and then 2 min. later it dosent!!!!
