I have tried at least 15 times to to perform a firmware update on my Versa. Beside the router, via Bluetooth, all day sync on , sync off, overnight...the list is endless. I ve reset the watch. Removed it from my account and then added it again but still the same message "Update failed". Very disappointed.

Seems odd that after trying some troubleshooting steps you're still experiencing difficulties with the firmware update process of your Versa device, your effort and patience are appreciated. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I update my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. I know that some of the troubleshooting steps that you already tried are specified there, however, the actual order specified on that article is really important.

Hi Ricardo.
I have followed the trouble shooting steps as recommended for versa in the order they are recommended and at the end (hours later) I get the same message "Update failed"
Very frustrating.
