Before the most recent update, I had my Capital One credit card in my Fitbit wallet. I updated my wallet with a new Capital one card number. I got an error message stating it was not a supported bank although it is listed on their approved list and was part of my wallet seconds before. After chatting online with 3 different representatives regarding the issue, I was told to contact Capital One. I used my Versa 3 tap to pay function a few days prior and with my existing Capital One card, so clearly the issue is within Fitbit. I feel the representatives didn't know how to resolve my problem, so they directed me to someone outside of Fitbit.
Has anyone else had the same issue and found a solution?
