Unable to use Fitbit Pay in Hong Kong.

I I bought my versa in Hong Kong. However, I can't use the fit pay function。

I've tried:

• Removing and re-installing the Fitbit Application
• Removing my Versa from the app and then re-installing it
• Restarting my phone

Where Wallet setting? (I am sorry the language is Chinese, but it does not affect the problem) 

Is it can't settable in Asia(Hong Kong)?

I appreciate you have brought this to my attention. For the time being, Fitbit Pay is only available in some countries and unfortunately Hong Kong has not yet been included. Please keep an eye on our list of Fitbit Pay Banks as more countries and banks are coming soon.

I have the same problem.  Though no bank in HK accepts fitbit pay, is it normal that there is no Wallet Tile on the versa?

It is quite misleading that the sale agent introduced the fitbit pay feauture but it does not work in HK!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Indeed, at this moment Hong Kong banks have not yet been added to Fitbit Pay, however if the Wallet tile is not showing, it's possible the tile is hidden. Please press the button on the left of the Versa for 2 seconds and swipe to check the Wallet.

When this option is tapped, the Payment tab disappears. To see it again, it's needed to set up another card in the Wallet (which is not currently possible in Hong Kong). What should I know about Fitbit Pay?.

I appreciate you have come back and clarify this to me, at this moment I would like to get some information from you so I can check this further:

• Phone/tablet model you're using to sync your Versa
• OS running on your mobile device
• App version currently installed (go to Account > Help to get it)
• A screenshot of what you're able to see when you tap on Account > Versa

Same here. No wallet tile appears in the Versa phone app (bought in HK). I just would have thought I could still setup with one of my US credit cards so when I am abroad I can use Fitbit pay. Pls assist.

I appreciate you have reported this. At this moment I would like to suggest you to try the following:

1. Update the Fitbit app to the latest version.
2. Force-quit the app and if this doesn't work:
3. Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. 

Give it a try and let me know the outcome!

It's nearly 4 years now, yet Fitbit Pay still doesn't support any bank in HK ???

Can someone tell me if it works yet? I just got a new one thinking the fitbit pay would work but no the card cannot be registered. How am I supposed to go to work outs without my phone? the whole point of having fit bit for me was to be able to track my step and be able to get home without my phone...
