Unable to use Quick Replies on android 5.0 phone.

Pretty simple question. The quick reply option doesn't appear on the Android 5.0 phone, however, I've tested it with a newer android and it does work. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. Please note that in order for you to use Quick Replies with your Android phone, your Versa should be paired to a phone with Android 7.0 or higher.

That's a shame. Compatibility with older versions of Android is pretty lackluster for Fitbit devices. Implementing this would be, from my knowledge, pretty easy. I'm not sure why they don't support the devices natively, lots of people still have older phones. Oh well. 😕
