Unable to use water log feature after firmware update

Logging water is not working from my versa since the firmware update. Before the update it was working perfectly. This is super frustrating!! I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, restarted the versa, force quit the app, nothing is working and I'm fed up. How can I fix this?!

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for troubleshooting your device prior to posting too, I understand how frustrating this situation can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using with your Fitbit? If you haven't already done so, please try the following steps to restart again your device:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa, press and hold the back and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. 
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device? 

 

After restarting your device, please try the following steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
  7. Let me know if the issue persists.
