Unable to use water log feature

I cannot log water into my watch. It doesn’t work. It seems to be a recurring issue with other users. I want to be able to log directly into watch since this was a new gift. Please advise.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Versa 2? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Versa 2 following the next steps:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?
