I cannot log water into my watch. It doesn’t work. It seems to be a recurring issue with other users. I want to be able to log directly into watch since this was a new gift. Please advise.

To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced such inconvenience and how many times since then? Which mobile device are you using to sync your Versa 2? If you haven't already done so, please restart your Versa 2 following the next steps:
