Hi all

 

Just got the new versa yesterday. Had continual problems getting it to sync and activating notifications. Think I'm finally there but now a banner has appeared saying I need to verify my email address. When I click the link in the email it sends me to a broken Web page. Also asks me for my pin everytime I use it. So fed up with this fitbit already!

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, if you're getting sent to a broken page when tapping on the pink banner to verify your account, please go to the online Dashboard and log in with your credential, you will see the same pink banner, click on it for the Fitbit website to send a verification email to your email address inbox. 

 

Now, when it comes to the pin you're getting asked, this is because you have set up "Device Lock". You can change this setting by going to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Versa > Device Lock and after either enter your pin or using your fingerprint, tap on "Enable for Wallet only" and go back. 

 

Give this a try and let us know the outcome!
