Unable to write a Versa Review on Amazon

Hello all,

After waiting for customer support to answer me for 4,5 days on the battery not lasting 24 hours, and not getting any response from them here on the forum either, I figured it was about time to write an honest review on Amazon: I planned to write about the battery, about some of the inaccuracies I've found disappointing, and about the complete lack of response from Fitbit to my queries.

Interestingly enough I was unable to post a review, instead I get the message:

Sorry, we are unable to accept your review of this product.

This product currently has limitations on submitting reviews. There can be a number of reasons for this, including unusual reviewing activity.

I guess both Amazon and Fitbit are seeing some negative press over the recent Firmware update and are taking steps to minimise the impact on sales.

Not surprised. My Versa failed after owning it for only 45 days. Support has been abysmal. This seems consistent with my findings from other sources. Fitbit does not care about the customer.

In my case, while I was having weird heart rate activity, it didn't break until the Firmware update. Fascinating indeed.

Can they do that?  It seems that your right to free speech and open respectful expression  is being limited.  It also seems that Fitbit and Amazon are in collusion.  I have to be careful here as I already had one post deleted when I made a suggestion that had a legal basis to it.   I do it too much and they’ll throw me off the forums.  Pretty unbelievable.

Wow, it's amazon, it's the internet. They own their right to allow you to even purchase from them, although amazon it's based on the US, they handle their policy in the manner they like, just don't be silly to say that rights are being limited, it's their will to shut down negative press if they like.

That’s too bad. I guess I was raised in simpler, more moral and ethical times.
