Unable transfer music to my Fitbit Versa

Hello,

I am trying to load music from my Macbook pro in my new fitbit Versa, but its continuously in "Looking for your watch" mode.
Same is the issue when I tried the steps in windows 10 OS.

I tried troubleshooting using the steps given on this forum for the issue, but failed.
Can you please help.
I have purchased this device recently.

My first Versa 2 was able to upload music from ITunes on my Macbook Pro and Galaxy Note 5. Then, that Versa 2 froze up and I was sent a new one.  I now have the galaxy note 10, and the same MacBook. I get the same "looking for your watch" unending message. While the phone is paired to the Versa 2, it will not pair with the computer, and will not go into transfer music files. this has been ever since I got the new one. Today there was an update on the Versa 2, so I though the problem was solved, but no, I still cannot put music on it. Sad that you pay for something and then can't use all the features. I also think that no one from support monitors these conversations.
