I purchased a Used Fitbit Versa 2, that needs unlocked by phone. I have no way of getting a hold of seller for assistance. Is there anyway to hard reset the watch so that I can connect to my phone?

Thanks for the information on the reset but despite trying this now many, many times with the long vibration successfully achieved, it still comes back with the same Red Cross asking me to try again as data not synched !!!!!!!
Any other suggestions ??
By the way my phone had the Fitbit device deleted from Bluetooth device list and I turned Bluetooth off altogether just to be sure.
