Fitbit Versa says "unlock with your phone". When I try and reset the pin, I get an error saying "error connecting to Versa". I have tried the following:

like i said, i have tried this and get the message "error connecting to versa". there are many unresolved threads on the forum with the same issue. I am sure that the versa is synching with the app as it updates my steps.

I've completed the troubleshooting and have done these steps several times. Even after power cycling my phone it still tells me there's an error connecting. Looks like we need an alternate solution. Thanks!
