Unlock Versa with your phone

It doesnt let me change the passcode at all. 

Uninstalled and installed again

@6464 Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry to hear that you can't unlock your Versa. Try going to settings area and remove your credit card from your account. Sync your Versa then try changing the pin on it.

@6464 sorry for the delay in my response. Please try these suggestions another member shared in the Community:

 

step 1: Log into Fitbit.com/login

step 2: on your dashboard find the gears button located on the top right hand corner :gear:

Step 3: Click on Versa/Ionic

step 4: scroll all the way down till you see Fitbit pay

step 5: deactivate Fitbit pay

step 6: go back to the mobile app

strp 7: sync your device first

step 8: try changing your pin again and it will work!

This worked for me

Was trying to fix it from the app but once I logged into the website I was able to resolve the issue.

Hi @Crusadr57 then you do not have a Versa. 

It could be the Versa 2 or Versa 3. I've merged your posts, since they are related. 

 

In any case if the tracker is locked, and removed from your Fitbit account. It will not be a 15 second procedure to unlock the tracker. 

 

Try this. 

Hold the back button for about 8 seconds. 

When the Fitbit logo disappears:

Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds). 

Hold the button again until they feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.
