Hi I seemed to have been locked out my device it said unlock with phone so I tried that and it said my pin was incorrect which it wasn't and then I tried removing and resyncing my device and it tells me to enter a pin displayed on watch but there is no pon
This is really frustrating please gelp

I am sorry to hear you are going through this situation. I appreciate your efforts to unlock your device and would like to confirm if these are the steps you tried to unlock your device with your phone:
Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.

My versa saying unlock with phone but just keeps saying searching for pun code when I follow the device lock....change pin prompt....just won't do anything! Help!!!!

I am sorry to hear about the difficulty you're experiencing trying to unlock your Versa with your phone. Thank you for following the troubleshooting steps. Please make sure that the app has been updated to the latest version and try to restart the app and the phone. After that please try to follow the steps to unlock your device again.
