My versa shows “unlock with your phone” but cannot change the PIN because issue with bluetooth connection. So I removed the device in the Fitbit app and now trying to reinstall it. They ask to introduce 4 digits appearing on the Versa but cannot see them as the message “unlock with your phone” still appears.
Please advice. Thanks!

Unfortunately, removing the fitbit from the app has removed the option to reset the PIN and unlock your phone. I don't know how you get out of that situation. It's probably best to contact customer support via contact.fitbit.com

Thanks! That’s what I though. I contacted them and now waiting for their answer. Let’s see otherwise I will go back to the store. I don’t understand how they can allow to remove the device if it’s needed to unlock it.
