Unlock with phone not working on Versa

My versa fitbit watch is not connecting to my device it's showing "unlock from your phone" into fitbit versa and I am trying to unlock it and connect with Bluetooth but unable to connect so how to unlock it can any one help me please

I tried this but I am unable to pair Bluetooth in my mobile
