I have Versa 2. It doesn't appear on my app. When I try to add device, my phone detects and asks for 4 digit code and my versa 2 shows unlock with your phone. Stuck with it.

If it was still connected, it is a simple, at most, 20 seconds to unlock.
Your only option is to do a factory reset.
Are you sure you are logged into the correct Fitbit account? The only way the tracker can be removed is if it was removed by you, or setup to a different account.
